Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada and Australia.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free to all three countries. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout.

Processing
We send your order to our fulfillment partner as soon as it is placed. Preparing it for dispatch usually takes a few business days, and can vary by product.

Delivery estimates
After dispatch, our fulfillment partner estimates these transit times on its standard lines: United States: about 5 to 11 days. Canada: about 4 to 15 days. Australia: about 6 to 17 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Weather, carrier delays, customs checks and busy seasons can make it longer.

Tracking
We share a tracking number as soon as the carrier provides one. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after dispatch. We will not tell you an order has shipped until tracking confirms it.

Customs and import fees
United States: our supplier's US shipping lines do not charge separate import taxes, so we do not expect you to pay customs fees on delivery. Canada and Australia: most orders are low in value, but your local tax or duty rules still apply and a fee may occasionally be collected on delivery. If a carrier asks you for a fee, contact us before paying.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before you pay. Contact us right away if you spot a mistake. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to change the address, and packages sent to an incorrect address cannot always be recovered.

Late orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase (35 days for Canada and Australia), contact us and we will check the tracking and tell you what we can see.
